Hoteliers invited for a webinar: trivago Industry Insights for NWE
Düsseldorf, March 2018. trivago, a leading global hotel metasearch, and Marketing Manchester are teaming up to share data on incoming and domestic travel behaviour in North West England. The webinar, scheduled for Tuesday 10 April, aims to give hoteliers actionable insights into guest preferences to inform their marketing activities.
trivago has just launched trivago Industry Insights in the UK: a series of data-rich reports and webinars that delve into traveller behaviour patterns across the regions of the UK. The reports detail incoming and domestic travel behaviour in the UK, with the aim of giving hoteliers and tourism operators actionable insights to inform their marketing activities.
The North West England data will be presented in a webinar on 10 April by Fay Naaijkens, Industry Manager for English-speaking markets at trivago. During the webinar she’ll share data to reveal search behaviour and preferences among visitors to the region, including how much they are willing to spend, which filters they use when searching for a hotel, and more.
Additionally, guest speaker Nick Brooks-Sykes, Director of Tourism at Marketing Manchester, will be sharing growth statistics among international visitors coming to the region. “Since the recession, the number of international visitors staying in the North West of England has grown significantly,” he explained. “We need to ensure that North West businesses are engaging with these growing markets, to increase the competitiveness of the region, and drive further growth to the North West.”
The webinar will be presented twice, at 10 am and 3 pm. To join the webinar, and to gain exclusive access to the full report, register here.
