Hotel Gotham, Manchester, plans to re-open its doors to all guests on the 17 July with the new normal guidelines but with the same Gotham style.
Hotel Gotham is proud to be partnering with ‘Night on Us’ which is a unique initiative uniting UK hotels and creating a platform for ICU Nurses to redeem complimentary two night stays at some of the country’s favourite hotels. Hotel Gotham have pledged ‘Nights On Us’ and can’t wait to welcome some of the nation’s most rewarding guests.
Whilst the doors of Hotel Gotham have been closed hard has been happening to play the part in the full country effort to help, support and reward the NHS.
Manchester has been a key focus for the north of England with the Manchester Central Convention Centre being transformed into the Nightingale hospital and the hotel is very proud to be doing our part once again to support those who have been fighting the pandemic that brought the hospitality sector to a halt.
Hotel General Manager, Mario Ovsenjak, said: “We decided to partner with ‘Nights On Us’ to show our appreciation and support for the ICU Nurses that have been so hard at work throughout the coronavirus pandemic. At the very beginning we donated cleaning products, soaps and alike to help when many were in need. Around Easter we donated very special Easter eggs from the famous Slattery chocolatier and now it feels right to continue to support the NHS workers as we move into our recovery phase.”

Following a dramatic opening in 2015, Manchester’s Hotel Gotham is a 5-star 60-bedroom luxury property, known as the “King of King Street, at the head of the famed King Street shopping and banking area has attracted glowing reviews from media and guests alike.
The hotel closed its doors in late March due to the Covid-19 pandemic and is looking forward to welcoming guests back to enjoy its award-wining service. Hotel Gotham is known for displaying notable innovation in the marketplace, alongside outstanding service, a memorable guest experience, as well as unique charm and personality.
The hotel opening date, 17 July, is subject to Government Guidelines on COVID-19 and plans several measures to aid with the safety of the guests and team such as only allowing those with confirmed reservations access after having temperatures taken on arrival, social distancing measures are in place, restricted lift access and extra hand sanitiser points and a digital format of the hotels menus and guest directory in the famous “Gotham bugle” style.
