Harvey Nichols Manchester is delighted to announced that from Saturday 1 August, their doors will open to customers once again. This follows the reopening of the Knightsbridge, Leeds and Edinburgh stores this June and July, as part of the phased reopening of all Harvey Nichols stores throughout the summer.
Newly introduced, customers are being offered the opportunity to book a time slot to visit the store. Not only will these appointments guarantee customers entry to the store at a preferred time, but also the opportunity of elevating their experience with a Harvey Nichols Style Advisor on hand to assist and offer guidance around the story.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all customers, the stores have also introduced a number of important new safety measures including capacity restrictions, enhanced cleaning regimes and social distancing measures.
The opening could not be better timed with the Harvey Nichols Summer Sale also in full swing offering up to 60% off Fashions, Shoes and Accessories in-store and online.
Manuju Malhotra, COO, commented: “Together with our team members, I am very much looking forward to our stores reopening and welcoming our customers back to Harvey Nichols. Whilst we will be fully adhering to new health and safety measures to protect both customers and staff, we will be focusing on what we do best, which is providing a high level of personal service and an exceptional shopping experience, within a safe and comfortable environment”.
Government guidelines are being fully met to ensure the health and safety of all in the store and the team are excited to, once again, bring their customers the very best in new, niche brands across fashion, beauty, food and wine.
